At The Scent Goddess, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, the following policy applies:
Refunds
- Opened or used perfumes, body sprays, body oils, or skincare products are NOT eligible for refunds due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Refunds are only applicable if:
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product arrived damaged or defective
Reporting Issues
Customers must report any issues within 24 hours of delivery by emailing:

Clear photos or videos may be requested to verify the issue.
Approved Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be made back to the original payment method
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
